Has anyone bought one of those Tesla to J1772 adapters and are they safe?

Understand you'd never use a Super charger but for the wall charger it seems like it could work.

I don't see why they should not be safe - I was looking to see if such a thing existed after the marina installed a Tesla charging point. At that price, I doubt that it makes a lot of sense - a charge of a PHEV only saves you a couple of pounds worth of petrol even if you get the electricity free - it would take at least a hundred charges simply to break even.
