Front sensor constant beeping

Hi, I did see a similar post to this so apologise if i'm posting the same issue. I believe my front sensors are causing a beeping sound as soon as the car is turn on - even on what I deem to be called "stand by mode", I've attached a copy of the beeping to the post. I think its the sensors as if I press the "P" button conveniently hidden under the steering wheel the noise stops. Whats odd is it a different tempo to the front sensors if the car is too close to an object. Has anyone else experienced the same problem. It's only just started to occur.

On mine a different tempo on approach is normal. I had a broken sensor not long ago and it did beep continuously. The dealer swapped it out whilst I waited.

Thanks wonder if this is covered under the manufacture warrenty
