Tailgate lights housing

Hi
I stupidly reversed into a post last week (I had obviously got too used to sensors on my S-Max). Mitsubishi in Sutton Coldfield are quoting me £320.32 to replace the housing for the nearside lights. Have I just got to swallow this or are there other places I can get equivalent parts?

Also, the post left a bit of green paint on my white paintwork. What's the best way to remove the green paint without damaging the paintwork?

The part is very specific, and there are not too many wrecks that yield used parts, so I think you will have to pay up.

For the paint smear:

Commandant 4 car cleaner.

For the paint smear try Turtle Wax, Colour Magic, Shades of White. used it to remove a long black smear on wing, origin unknown.
