It would be illuminating if members relate their experiences about DEALERS attitudes to faults on peoples phevs.
Over the past few months I have read comments about dealers first having to contact MITSI UK about whether such faults are covered under their warranty.........eg 3pin charging units being defective.
Members experiences would be most welcome.................I assumed............. that if something is faulty it should be rectified under their standard warranty.
