Hi I cannot link the address book or receive phone calls from my iPhone 5S? Each time I try to pick up, nothing happens. Only once has the hands free worked. The address book says it has connected but has ridiculous phone numbers! Can anyone help?

Are you in the car alone when you get this ?

Is it connected to partners phone as well and so preferring to connect to that instead ?
 
Yes I am in the car in my own. I took it back to Mitsubishi (its under warranty), they couldn't get it to work and are waiting for permission to replace the entire control unit
