Hi, does the charging cable gets locked when the car is locked? Secondly, can the cable be unplugged once charging is completed and car is still locked?
No, the charger isn't locked to the car and can be removed at any time. There's a small hole in the charger through which you can insert your own padlock, and it then cannot be removed (without breaking the plastic).
