Paint/warranty

I have just noticed this morning that there seems to be some rust coming through the paint, my car is a 65 plate so not that old, my previous car was 10 years old and not a single sign of rust anywhere, has anyone else managed to get a successful claim for paint under warranty, I will be keeping this car for at least 5 years but with signs of rust already it's not a good sign. I will get some pics and post up in a bit.

Normally rust warranty is on structural parts.
