We live in Wellington NZ.
First car: 1954 Austin A40 Somerset
Last car: 2010 Nissan X-Trail TL Diesel.
In between: A raft of cars and motorcycles.

The Nissan diesel has been great for the last few years while we have been clocking up 20,000km / year.
Our annual driving km have now significantly reduced so we have grasped the opportunity to take a step into the future.

Thank you to all the good folk who have contributed to this forum. It really helped our decision to purchase a 2016 Mitsubishi VRX Outlander PHEV

Just traded a 2015 Nissan Qashsai ST on a brand new (2019) Outlander PHEV VRX.

Currently the dealers have a NZD 12k (UKP 6k) discount plan running so they're now virtually the same price as the diesel versions without the noise and particulates.
