I'm sure it will grow on me when it hits the streets, but tbh, I prefer the front of the current production PHEV (although maybe it's the lack of a number plate in that big black space that is putting me off...)

It's a bit 'me too' - Vauxhall Ampera and various Lexus (RX, NX etc) look very similar.

If I were going to improve the car I'd start with the inside TBH, or better still making MMCS work properly, before looking at the outside.

I find the present styling a decent, noble understatement.

Especially in black it looks very good for me.
It will not go "out of fashion" so fast, as all those ultra modern "dynamic lines"

Just my 0.02€ worth...

One of the things I like about the Outlander PHEV is its a 4WD that looks like a 4WD and not an electric vehicle.

Just keep it simple like it is and concentrate on the interior and electronics as others have stated.

I think the new front gives the Outlander more presence, and I definitely like the new squarer back view.

The interior looks more luxurious. I am just worried about the expected price rise?

Where is the interior picture? Interior definitely needs to look more luxurious. After spending AUD 55,000 on a vehicle I sure would like some luxurios look inside. The current interior is very very understated.

There are quite a few reports and pictures of the Outlander Concept, which is expected to be the new facelift model.

Thanks for pics. Looks like the new seats are more or less flat like recent ones not providing good lumbar support. I have a troubled back and can not sit on PHEV's front seats longer than an hour due to lack of proper lumbar support where as on my other vehicle I can sit for hours without any issue.
