Cant decide if my 19my Black Outlander has too much chrome on it :?
Has anyone de-chromed anything on their Outlander and if so have any pics ?

Not particularly helpful but indirectly I felt the same but made this decision before I bought one. I actually bought grey because it did a much better job of hiding all the chrome bits.

Sorry, good luck with de-chroming, I can certainly appreciate why you would!

I have already done the lower rear bumper section and the rear chrome trim on the tailgate but can't seem to upload pic as saying too big

Raiders, I'd love to see the pic if you are still around and can figure it out.

Sometimes I think I am the only person in North America who hates chrome. Not only is it ugly but compared to paint, or better yet unfinished plastic, it is horribly environmentally unfriendly to produce.

I am thinking about vinyl wrap. More waste...

I hate this fake Chrome and I already started to remove at the back.

I used car wrapping in black.

Now that’s unfair :lol: Mitsubishi added loads of fake Chrome because the customers found the car not “luxurious “ enough! :mrgreen:

I have painted the foglight "covers" black as I did not light the silvergrey look.
