Good to hear some units coming through. Still no idea when mine will arrive. I have only been on a couple of short drives since discovering that a USB mouse can be connected to the screen. But it's actually stopped the annoying random beeping since plugging a mouse into it.

Well here we are in April and the dealer has no idea when I'll get a new head unit. I think they couldn't care a stuff. Dreadful situation and Mitsubishi should be ashamed. I suppose given they have pulled out of the UK market, nothing is going to improve. Just have to wait.

Thanks for that. I had actually wondered about that. It looks OK but I don't have another cable to check it against. Once the touch screen unit has been replaced I'll see if the cable behaves itself, if not I'll have an electrician check the cable out.
Good luck for a quicker fix. I never thought to ask what the likely lead time on new touch screen units is. I will give it a couple of weeks and then I will start asking questions.

Thanks. Wierd that it's taken two and half years to be a problem. Timed charging has always been reliable until recently. At first I thought it was a charger fault, but it's 100% a car problem for certain. I shall see what the Mitsubishi garage says and will report back.
I have recorded the screen scrolling through menus without being touched, yes. The car is going into the dealer later this week. I will report back what they say.
Thanks. The Podpoint itself is running in dumb mode since it has an issue with continuously calling home when connected to the WiFi. The WiFi is switched off and the Podpoint is a lot more reliable without it. But I never scheduled charging on the Podpoint anyway, always the car.
