Generally my trips are under 50 miles so much of the journey is fuelled by electricity but I have had long journeys. At 70 mph on petrol only I get about 35 mpg which is fine for a big SUV.

I am a private owner of a 4s so no fiscal advantages to me at all by having a PHEV ... I am far from London as well. However, the luxury and refinement of the car is competitive and the fuel economy amazing (I have lots of short journeys). I love it and would have the same again.

Mine is a 2017 4s and I have a noisy climate control which sounds like a leaf is fluttering. Under the bonnet by the bulkhead I can see leaves have got in to the intake area but I can’t see how to get rid of them. Any Tips?

I have a wall unit at home paid for by the Government. Fantastic ... 4 hours or less for a full charge. I also have the 13 amp charger but it’s a mess, a faff, and slow. I use it on holiday (overnight only). With wall unit I have a cool car in summer and a warm one in winter ...
