I have a 14 Reg Outlander which recently had symptom of a Seized Caliper. I was able to diagnose the problem to the shaft that connects the Handbrake level Arm (at the Caliper) to the handbrake cable. The Caliper did not require replacing...if the Caliper was seized then the brakes would not...
