I had the problem of multiple alarm messages, managed to get going eventually probably due to things warming up. Went to the dealer and they tested the 12v battery and said it was only holding 70% charge. They said that they could recondition the battery so I left the car with them. It took them...
During a cold snap a few weeks back I ried to start the car (2017 4hs) and it wouldn't play, just kept scrolling through all the alarms. Got it to start eventually and took it to the dealer, they tested the 12v battery and said that it was only holding a 75% charge. They said that it needed a 24...

It took me ages to track down a procedure to reset the WiFi and even then it was confusing and didnt always work, so I documented my final procedure so it should be foolproof!
WiFi Reset Procedure:
1. Get in the car and...
I had a problem with my 13A 3pin charger, probably the microswitch in the plug. The garage agreed it was faulty and replaced it with a new one under guarantee. The invoice showed a price of over £800!
Depends how it's been driven previously, it's not what's known as a guessometer for nothing. My 2017 4HS has been steady for 3.5 years at 23 miles on a full charge, it has shown as much as 42 miles and as little as 16. No matter what it shows I seem to get about 25 miles before the ICE cuts in.

Don't know if this is relevant to your problem, have a look to see if there is an sd card in the slot behind the display, if so try removing and replacing it.
It isn't called a guessometer for nothing, I've had mine for over 3 years and have seen anything between 14 and 42 miles on it. If it's low it will drop more slowly and if high very quickly. When it showed 42 miles it dropped 2 miles just getting off the drive, no I don't live in a mansion the...
Depends on how it was driven last time you were in it, I've had it up to 42 miles or as low as 22, if it does read high you'll find that the mileage drops very quickly when driven, if the guessometer reads low it will drop much more slowly.
Took mine on Friday for the two recalls, they had the car all morning, when I picked it up they told me that nothing had been done as the recalls didn't affect me? They did agree that the charger wasn't working properly and ordered me a new one on warranty. The bill showed the price of a new...
