We have the Mitsubishi dog guard fitted in our 18Y model. Fitted by dealer from new. Works fine for us, we have St Bernards and Great Danes, we use a ramp for the dogs to get in the boot.

Like others, I leave my charger plugged in, I then use the pre heat from the app for about 10mins 30mins before departing The car then charges up to cover the power used by the heater. Thats what I believe to happen. Mine is an MY18.

Just had 2 recall letters come in, one for Active Stability Control System and one for Forward Collision Mitigation System. The letters state that both are software updates. My car is 2018 . Any one else had this.

The one that came with MY2018 model is approximately 4mts long.

I have solar panels and find that just using the 13amp 3 pin plug to charge, balance with what the solar panels produce. Since my panels start producing from about 07.00 , I set the charging timer for then. Takes about 5 hours from empty to full.

+1 for the Belkin N300, cheap, easy to set up and works fine.

Picked it up today. The wife is well pleased, cracking looking car, the tech is a bit overwhelming though, she came from a 2012 Honda CRV diesel. Full marks to Glyn Hopkins at Colchester and in particular their salesman Jacob. The handover was a pleasant experience, as it should be.

Hi Guys, I have just placed an order for Outlander 5HS in Ruby Black for the wife. We will be picking it up mid April, looking forward to it. Must say the dealership have been spot on so far and made it a pleasant experience. Will no doubt have some questions once we have the car.
