Had my MY19 4HS delivered today. I have the same issue, haven't tried Amazon music, but itunes and spotify come over all speakers. Anything 'voice' so carplay/siri, carplay phone, or bluetooth phone only comes out of the left hand front speakers. Quite bizarre.
