Hi,
As per title - an odd one which has been going on since, I think, a couple of firmware updates ago. I have media both on SD Card and USB stick in central console. If I am listening to the media on the SD Card and turn the car off, then it remembers where it was and continues playing from...

Still a bucket load of genuine questions (and gripes) around the world.
F&^% off. MITSUBISHI. Once the tax breaks are reconciled, you'd better have a plan. <sic>
MITSUBISHI MOTORS...
Hell yeah.
Apples with apples please.
For me it was this or a Skoda Octavia estate 4x4. Or anything else has the grip and the load space for the money.
I am happy.
It is actually really good on the slippy and slopes - it won't often make a landrover look daft but I have surprised a few other...
LOL that's pretty much the exact same thing I said to Mitsubishi. Seems like the US get it for free as part of a thing called 'MapShare' - was stunned when I found out Europe didn't.
So... who is going to pay £160 for the 2015 map update ? (They should be called 2014 really, since they won't actually be accurate for any road changes in 2015) :lol...
My summer car is a little 4.0 TVR Chimaera ( http://www.wastedspace.co.uk/cms/wp-content/uploads/2013/05/13694244380400.jpg )
Actually quite frugal in 5th at 60 - probably around 30-35mpg. In reality I get around 200 miles to the tank which is about 20MPG.
Great car, not giving it up just yet!
Well, I've just had a set of Vredestein Wintrac 4 Extreme's fitted (£600 - From Andy at AJS tyres near J8 M25 - highly recommended)
Slightly different rolling sound and more defined slow down noise - which is to be expected. Nothing major to report yet.
Thanks for the heads up on these, did...
TPMS uses the ABS sensors to determine individual wheels' rotational nuances - so it can detect when a tyre is going flat due to it's rotational characteristics. It works best at higher speeds and is designed as a warning before you flop to the rim...
As such the system doesn't actually know...
Sexy!? I do hope we have different heads! Otherwise I imagine you wearing some leather sub0dom gear whilst driving. Her voice makes even my 5 year old daughter pay attention!
I thought the unit was Garmin based - am i mistaken ? Any details on updates would be appreciated - cheers!
Extremely accurate 3D satellite positioning should be capable with 4-6 satellites...
Barometer altitude is pretty pointless unless you keep telling the car what the (QNH) air pressure is.... if it does use a barometric sensor I would assume it would default to 1013.25 hPa.
I hadn't even...
IMHO all switches should be illuminated, including the petrol filler lever. Which really should be operated by the central locking like on most cars...
Fine to say that "you can get used to it by feel" that's sort of 'ok' for the primary and or sole driver. But when I get into a car at night...
It seems unlike my previous cars, I cannot open / close the windows via the fob (I am used to holding down lock or unlock for 5 seconds to open and close all windows)
Wouldn't be so annoying if it wasn't for all the beeping and bonging that goes on when you fire the thing up which you have to...
