4th service in UK - cost?

That was my thinking, but how much of that is actually serviced or even checked unless there is an issue. I'm still on the fence and not sure which route to take and will be completing further investigation before i make a choice. My next service is the 3rd service and will be coming up shortly...

What are the views on here by having your car serviced through third party companies and not Mitsubishi dealers? @Brumgav - How was the service through MotorEasy?

    Thin paint on the Phev

Any tips or pointers on using the paint pens which are supplied by the dealers? I tried it a few times and followed youtube videos, but it is really not easy and I must be doing something wrong.

    Rust

Hi all, Interesting topic rust. Sorry to go off a bit, but I’m originally from Durban – South Africa. I lived 2km from the beach and had high humidity which they say added to the factor of rust. So you can imagine allot of the cars get rust, one of mine did but it was at least 5 – 10 years...

Buying used: 2014 or 2015 model / Dealer or "Supermarket"

I ended up with a MY2015 GX4h model, due to spec and warranty. I was told a car registered from March 2015 onwards gets a 5 year warranty, compared to the 2 year warranty of the 2014 models. I know you can buy the extended warranty, but at the time the older cars with the extended warranty did...

    Great headlight upgrade :)

So thanks for all the tips and advice. The update on the main beam went well in the right without any issues, but when doing the left I dropped the screw and it fell to the bottom of the engine bay I think. I can not find it, not sure what to do really. Think I need to take it to a garage for...

Which of these lights would fit in the fog light?

The last one looks about the best of the bunch and I think has the correct connection for the fog light bulb. I used the following for my drl: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2-15W-P13W-PSX26W-SH23W-12277-Bulb-SAMSUNG-LED-Fog-Daytime-Running-Head-Light-/161809134706?hash=item25ac937472

What Have You Done To Your PHEV Today?

Did you have your Rolec installed with the new pricing? I see they have been advertising prices from £149 and displaying all the various colour options available. I'm in the process of reviewing my options and now just to decide on tethered or un-tethered.

Algea, green stuff, in rear lights.

Hi All, My rear left light does suffer from the algae/green stuff issue and I will need to clean it at some point. Westdevon - have you been able to clear your outer edges? Any further advice? I think the only real way to make sure it is cleaned, will be to remove the rear lights which I...

    LED Daylight Running Lights

Hi all, Many thanks again for all the help and advice. I was able to install the LED bulbs into the DRLs as mentioned in this thread. I did not have a step drill as you mentioned, but did a bit of DIY with some other drill bits and was able to make enough room for the new bulb. It looks allot...

    Bye bye ecotricity?

Agreed, I just noticed it and pasted the quote below: Does free mean I have unlimited use of the network / what is your fair usage policy? The Electric Highway is free to use for Ecotricity energy customers. There are some Electric Highway members who use the network an extremely high...
