While the LED light are VERY good the long distance high beam light are not :-( But this solution is working quite good for me. A bit of the LED is obscured, but seems to work well anyway. Wondering if I should mount them upside down (can be turned).

As always. Saftly first. Only test in safe environments (like highways or non pedestrian areas).

When driving at higher speeds (like on the higheway) there is no difference on SAVE and CHARGE. Since the ICE speed is controlled by the car speed (directly connected to the front wheels). If you get a stop (traffic jam etc) THEN the ICE will stop if SAVE but run at full speed when CHARGE

Works very well with a trailer or caravan. With SAVE on the highway it uses direct ICE drive and charge a bit downhill. When driving uphill it uses eletric engines in addition for extra power. But all in all the level of the battry stays about the same.

Seems like a protector for the bonnet is a must. Didn't have that on my old X-trail. And it looked like someone had a go with a shotgun. So I wisly bought one for my new PHEV :-)

This is a fun test :-) If you have direct ICE - front wheel drive then you only have 2WD. (hope the norwegian is not that hard to get in the image)
