    Frozen Charging Port - Solutions?

I guess with all the cold and wet weather it was due to happen at some time. -3c @6.45am and the wife complains that she cannot unhook the cable charger from the car. Turns out its frozen solid! After half a kettle of room temperature water being dumped over the connection, we managed to free...

    Hydrogen De-carbonisation Cell

About to open a can of worms here ... This time last year, I had two older vehicles 'de-carbonised' using Hydrogen (water based) one off treatment and was surprised at how well the process worked giving improved performance and mileage. The cost was £140 for both cars. Note both vehicles are...

    Headlight level manual adjustment

Happy New Year all! With the nights drawing in and many evenings spent driving with the headlights on, I have noticed a number of on coming vehicles are flashing their headlights as if I have my high beams on/blinding them. I have verified that the high beams are indeed off and the recent MOT...

Best EV Estimate and what was you doing to get it ..?

The EV estimate following a full charge is based on the previous driving style and active functions being used as well as ambient temperature etc. Best reading we have had to date was 37 miles on 24th Oct. I would post a picture as proof - I was that impressed that I took one! The previous...

Mainly town driving during the week, approx. 50 miles a day, so running 98% on EV with motorway's on some weekends when this drops to 45%. Significantly cheaper to run on electric...

    Space Saver Options

Makes sense not to go against the manufactures spec. but as a 'get out of jail' solution where you could be mobile again within 30mins. of the puncture seems more appealing then having to wait by the road side to be recovered. Thxs for all the responses and ideas. I'll investigate further...

    Space Saver Options

Thanks, This looks like a fantastic piece of kit, however, I think the wife would object to the fuss of unloading and reloading when out shopping! :)

    Space Saver Options

Hi, Newbie here driving a '14 plate G4 for about a year. This afternoon, we had just set off on a long run when we had the dreaded 'Click, Click, Click ... Bang' followed by the Tyre Pressure light. Managed to pull over safely and identified a flat tyre with a rather large hole in the middle...
