I'm not sure about the tech details of the cold weather problem. But, we did have some very cold weather here (-20c to -28c) and I had no problems with mine. I keep my '23 in a car port which is totally exposed to the outside cold, but does keep some of the wind off. My car is always plugged in...

Well, at least I don't call it "gas" like 99% of the people here do. Used to do advert work for a major oil and gas company and they would go ballistic when someone called the liquid going into a car "gas".

Don't worry. Using gasoline is cheaper than using commercial chargers.

Not only does the '23/24 not have a battery heater, the ads for the '23 said it came with one. I'm surprised that issue wasn't taken to court earlier.

Strange. I have a 2023 GT and it definitely has a button on the dash. Icon on the button looks like a gas pump.

If you got a 23/24 you could have massaging seats as an option. Used it a few times in mine ... totally stupid option (but others seem to like it). Heated seats are nice, but in winter it's the heated steering wheel which gets top marks.

My understanding is that you cannot charge it past 80%. Just leave it plugged in, esp. during this cold weather. The top 20% of the battery is reserved.

I had the same problem on a previous car. Problem was that the 12v battery needed replacing. From what I read on the forums this is a common problem which many dealers just can't seem to figure out.
