GREEN MOULD/ALGAE AROUND THE EDGES OF THE CLEAR TAIL LIGHT L

Thinking bleach would strip off the clear coat or effect the paint pigment. Maybe a very weak mixture but I don't even use washing up liquid on the car so don't think I'll try it. I've now had a callback from a Mitsubishi manager about this, they have offered to pay half to have the lights...

GREEN MOULD/ALGAE AROUND THE EDGES OF THE CLEAR TAIL LIGHT L

Hi all, I keep my car looking pretty good, even put a few pics on here to show it off which is a first. I'm not liking the algae build up which has been going on since day one. Just had my final 3 year service under warranty so mentioned it again, this time I was told that I am one of many who...

    Brake pedal disengages drive?

My drive is on a steep slope, I get the clonk every time I take it out. Sure it's no big problem but would be nice to change to a smooth pull away.

Thanks for the info, this is great to know. I live on a steep hill and don't really want to spend out on winter tyres.

    Charging etiquette?

Thinking a woman in a car park late at night would not be too keen on leaving her phone number on the windscreen for many reasons. I'm sure one or more of the charging companies has a system where you can use the app to message the owner of the other charging car. Would seem the best way to...

    "4WD Lock" all the time?

I would have but I've just cleaned mine ;)

    Charging etiquette?

I think there is a system in place allowing people to get a message to the owner of a car that's charging to request an unplug, but not sure if it's widely known or in use. I would be happy to return if I got a nice text and I could make it back. If you google "ev charging etiquette there is a...

    Spotted!

Think that was me :) If you managed to see the car later you would have seen a parking ticket on the windscreen :? My sister paid on an app but the stupid system didn't log the correct reg, Happy days :) Just in case you don't know you need a "Charge Your Car" card for that one but it is free.
