    Dash Camera

It would be interesting watching that video in court when the other driver plays back his dashcam footage of you swallowing an SD card. :o

    GX5hs In the U.S.

After re-reading the legalese, I would have to agree with you that it would be $5836. That's even better than I was expecting. Thanks for pointing that out! BTW, it looks like they've updated the link: http://www.irs.gov/Businesses/Plug-In-Electric-Vehicle-Credit-IRC-30-and-IRC-30D

Is Outlander the only PHEV without EV button?

Volvo V60 PHEV has the Pure button : The Volvo XC90 T8 also has a drive mode selector (as well as a touch screen interface) that allows the user to choose the Pure (EV) driving mode.

    GX5hs In the U.S.

Hopefully the version released in the U.S.will address many of the known shortcomings. If not, it will still get 20 to 30 miles more on electricity than any other awd phev here (since there are no other models to choose from). I know the future will bring even better choices but for now, we have...

    GX5hs In the U.S.

Hopefully that means it won't be a huge increase over the gas model that is offered for sale in the US. If I had to guess, I would say around $35 to $40k before the federal tax...

    GX5hs In the U.S.

As pkulak says, the US should be getting a refreshed version that will probably look like this: The different trims vary from country to country so I'm pretty positive the US will not be getting anything labeled as the "GX5hs" trim. I've been waiting over two years for this car to come to the...

    EV ONLY MODE

Yeah, the front license plate will cover up most of the black for me. At least it doesn't look like the new Volt! WAY too much chrome on the 2016 model.

    EV ONLY MODE

Actually, I prefer the 2016 styling compared to the current style. Then again, I preferred the 2012 styling to the current style as well. Oh, I am located in the US, FWIW. Also, the reason it was delayed in the US (most recently) was because it didn't have sufficient (degraded) battery...

    EV ONLY MODE

Actually, the technology already exists and is already being used for slightly different purposes. In many metro areas in the United State, emissions tests are required for vehicles. Some areas, such as the Denver metro area, allow you to skip getting an emissions test if you drive by one of the...
