Reversing lights will not work

Hi there.

2013 outlander jp import to nz.


Recently noticed reversing lights were out, after I replaced the bulbs with new LED W21w.
No light

Checked and swapped fuses.
All OK and still no light.

I'm cleaned the lamp housing from debris etc.

Any places where I should be looking? Or is it auto electrician time?
