Re: New Owner 2015 PHEV - 19 kms of range

You mention that you've been looking on these forums, so the following may be redundant, but, just in case... The main determinants of guessometer's estimated battery range are: 1. Temperature (range decreases as temperature goes down, winter range is less than summer). 2. Load (range decreases as l...

Re: Firmware for 2014 PHEV

None of the upgrades I've received have affected any of those listed items.

I would suggest that means that there are no upgrades for those things.

Re: FCM ????

Re wet weather and aqua-planning...

I remain very surprised at how stable the car is, even in appalling conditions.

I'm guessing that it is all the extra weight on the tyres.

Re: Firmware for 2014 PHEV

I have to say this is rather bizzarre.

I drive a 2014 PHEV and just had my firmware updated yesterday.

(Something to do with maintaining the voltage of the 12V battery).

Is there any information missing from your post?

Were you asking for a change that Mitsubishi hasn't made?

Australia 12V Battery Recall

Hi team, I was very surprised to receive a recall notice about the 12V battery in my car. What are the defects? The 12 volt AGM (absorbent glass mat) battery located in the rear of the luggage compartment may have been replaced prior to/or after sale, with a non-AGM battery supplied by Mitsubishi Mo...

Re: 12v battery death

Yes, the wifi module is a constant drain on the 12v battery which means that the battery needs to be recharged daily, even though the wifi module turns off after three days of no use. Cars that don't have the wifi module don't have this continuous drain on the battery, unless something has failed, o...

Re: Windscreen washer nozzle

Just in case you haven't tried this...

I cleaned the nozzles with a pin and switched to always using rainwater for my washers.

(Very hard mains water where I live)

Since then, all the water jets have worked fine.

Re: Where is my interior fuse box?

I'm guessing that no-one has replied because you haven't told us which car you have? The manual for mine seems to be quite clear. If you have a left-hand-drive vehicle, the fuses are behind the plastic panel next to the steering wheel. If you have a right-hand-drive vehicle, the fuses are behind the...

Re: Removing personal data

Hi there, Do you have the MMCS manual that comes with the car? Don't forget to also remove your "home" from the Navigation system... The previous owner of my car forgot to do that. :D From the MMCS manual for my car: To delete a frequently Used Location: 1. Press the NAV|MENU key 2. Touch [Personal]...
