Re: Did Mitsu confuse "Save" Mode and "Charge" Mode Above 78 mph (125 km/h)?

There's a few different things muddled together here. 1. IIRC Fast charging is limited to 80% to protect your battery. You can overcome this by unplugging and then starting the charge a second time. (But it will damage your battery if you do this) 2. I can't think of any circumstances that would cau...

Re: 2018 Canadian PHEV wont run in ev.

Just a minor note. 3,000 RPM doesn't sound like 'roaring' to me. I've had a car that idled at 2000 RPM. And my last car before the PHEV used to redline at 7,000. Others have commented before that some drivers are stressing about engine noise which is actually quite mild, it's only the comparison wit...

Re: Connect to Wi-Fi - How the dealers do it

The main reason that the app can be set up at the dealer and not at a person's home, is that the person's device doesn't auto-connect to their home wifi half-way through the process.

Re: Connect to Wi-Fi - How the dealers do it

By putting the hazards on, the dealer de-registered any devices that had been registered to the car.

Re: Electrical outlet - "Trailer hitch"

Hi there, you probably need to provide more information about your car model before owners can comment on what is or is not standard. I can tell you that mine did not come standard with a tow-bar, or a socket, both of these and the appropriate wiring harness were provided by the after-market supplie...

Note also that a sticking parking brake can also significantly reduce fuel economy.

If the spacesaver is of a different dimension than the original tyre, the car will certainly complain.
And/or shut down and refuse to move.

Re: Check engine lite code p0a45

1. Take it to a reputable Mitsubishi dealer. 2. Check to make sure that it doesn't have miss-matched tyres. There have been posts here about the problems caused by having different tyres on the same axle, and the description of your problem sounds familiar. The car's systems expect the tyres to EXAC...

Re: Wifi Password - Remote control app

I think they will use the computer in the car to get the password from the 'remote module' which is in the car.

You may be able to do this yourself if you can find the key combination to show the dealer options in your car's computer.
