Easily... As long as you use fitted boxes. If you use off-the shelf ones it might be a bit of a squeeze.

The temperature is down to zero here, and I found that activating both the EV and ECO buttons will kill the ICE instantly.

A repair will require replacing all electronics inside the box - economically a write-off. Does anybody know the IP rating? If the water had pooled it should be at least 57 to honour a warranty claim.
I suspect it is 55.

The OP clearly didn't realize that the charge button forces charging during driving, and that the ICE/generator consumes petrol. He was simply forcing the car to be a simple hybrid - which, for a two-ton car with the same air resistance as Canterbury Cathedral, is not very efficient...

Well, if the document provided is from another car (and carefully copied/faked) and the car being sold has fake numbers mimicking the original car, the scheme can work, as it did in this case.

Is V5c some government required bullshit in UK? If it's so important how you do the transfer on your name without it? From what I have read in first glance... why you should track vehicle registrations and insurance etc.!? Well, this is what the government bullshit is for. I really feel for Henry76...
