Porsche already makes 2-ton SUVs, which actually handle quite well. And they make a 2-ton BEV, ditto

Not sure about the others, but on ours the ACC beeps whenever it "finds" a car and whenever it "loses" a car. You can see a car graphic appearing and disappearing in the central screen whenever this happens

Actually it depends on the profile of the tyre. You could in theory fit tyres that are several inches larger in diameter but are higher profile (i.e narrower). That would mess up the gearing but not the clearances. It would also look slightly weird...

OT, but we used Marmalade for our DDs when they were learners. It just insures a named learner to drive a car that's already insured elsewhere, but it was significantly cheaper when we used it back in 2015-2018
