Search for my posts on this subject, I have the 40mm lift and larger tires on my '18 PHEV. Be aware that the lift stresses the sway bar end links, so you will be replacing them on occasion.

My dealer here in Canada services the slider pins as part of every routine 8,000 km service. I now have 131,000 km on my '18, and the brake pads are not yet worn enough to replace.

Are you in a very hilly area? Most of my driving is near level, with a few moderate hills each day, and at 129,000 km ( just over 80,000mi), I'm still good on the original pads, never mind the discs. I've been very pleased with the brake wear on this car.

The dealers here are very good about warranty issues, and the Mitsu coverage on mine is bumper to bumper, excluding tires, brakes, and hoses. When a headlight bulb died, I just drove to the dealer, told them it was out, and left about an hour later with it fixed, no charge.

If you're only at 60K miles, those parts, and the labour, should still be covered under Mitsu's warranty, at least here in Canada, where the coverage is 10 years/160,00km.

You will only encounter the pass. side axle rubbing on the A-arm when that wheel is at full downward extension, which will only occur when you're crossing deep holes off road. There are no other symptoms of any sort noticeable during normal driving.

Yes, same thing on my '18. The installer ground away just enough of the lower control arm to clear at full extension. The 30 mm would be the better option, but wasn't available when I had mine installed.

I'm in a similar position to the OP here, in that I rarely get to charge my PHEV, and still find it a very economical vehicle to operate, with fuel costs about $0.10/km.
