Re: Display Screen Problems

Dealer has informed customers have been waiting well over 10 weeks for a replacement, to date they have not been given any indication or dates. I initially assumed there was a 10 weeks waiting list, it appears it is open ended.

Re: freeway charging

Thank you for the replies. Love driving it and charged it for the first time since arriving home (monday evening with 66klms EV range) last night with EV extinguished 1klm from home. I used B5 a lot because of my hilly terrain, but otherwise left it alone and the motor never fired up - I kept my ac...

Re: Unreliable timed charging, car or charger problem?

Car was taken to the local Mitsubishi garage today. Touch screen unit has had a firmware upgrade to the latest version. Garage said that they have taken the details from the head unit and will order a new unit if the firmware update doesn't fix the issue. Personally, I doubt it is just a software i...

Re: Unreliable timed charging, car or charger problem?

Good morning. Looking for advice on charging my 2020 Outlander PHEV and don't see anything here similar? I have one of the round shaped Podpoint chargers, about 18 months old and have had issues with timed charging the last two or three months. I don't know whether it's a charger issue, a car timer...

Display Screen Problems

If I press the the display to access the certain function is does not respond, I basically have to switch off and try again, however on the odd oc...

Re: Charging from engine when battery depleted

But far better is to charge it from the mains, which is after all the whole point of a PHEV Sorry, I could have been more specific. This is not for normal charging. This is for using the inverter to get power during power outages. It is a shame the Outlander PHEV is designed for V2g/V2H, at home we...

Re: Series Hybrid Mode - Racing Engine question

Thank you all for your responses So it seems that I'll just have to live with my car sounding like a "Daf Variomatic" of the 1950s, when negotiating steep hills at 40MPH. I was rather hoping that there would be someone out there with Watchdog or EVBatmon that would say their car behaves e...
