Re: Any experience with Phev on Marine Slipways and Towing?

Be careful of this happening when launching your boat: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1nB7fzyU02o Although reports say he was only using the auto-hold function, rather than the parking brake. Apparently, a few hours later, the vehicle caught fire. https://globalnews.ca/news/5287301/we-can-not-keep-...

Whistling from the sunroof area

I've been hearing some whistle type of noise coming from the sunroof. I know it's closed, and I even opened and re-closed it several times to be sure. I put my hand around it and don't feel any kind of air movement. Anyone else having this problem?

Re: 25 kms (15miles) after charging the battery

The feeling is understandable. I've had my Outlander for over a year and even though I know it's a "guessometer" - I still don't like it when the battery is full and it shows a low number. I just got my car back from the dealer when they serviced at and part of what they were doing was a servicing o...

Re: Wifi problem

It happened to me before. I either had to un-install and then re-install the app, or I had to update my phone with latest patches. Or both. I can't quite remember.

Re: PHEVs are for people who have garages

Many condos and apartments buildings in metro Vancouver have charging stations. BC Hydro offered a rebate about a year ago and it was offered to homeowners and to apartment buildings/condos alike. Many stratas opted to take advantage of it, while others did not/could not. It's unfortunate for you th...

Update: Mitsubishi Canada replied and said: As you are aware, the warranty coverage that is offered with the sale of a new Mitsubishi vehicle, provides coverage on certain parts that prove defective in normal use because of a manufacturing defect within the coverage period as from the in service dat...

Re: Due for servicing during pandemic

Thanks for your responses everyone. Just to fill you in on what happened: I called the three local Mitsubishi dealers nearest to my home. The first two both said "it should be ok if we delay the servicing". "Should" doesn't sound too solid to me, so I contacted a third dealer. These guys said that t...
