Re: No WIFI Signal - WIFI Reset not possible

This is a fun subject  The procedure for first registration is: Close the door(s) Press the start button WITHOUT your foot on the brake to go into accessory mode. Press the unlock / lock button 5 times. You should then hear a beep. One beep means it is ready to register. Subsequent beeps means ...

Re: cannot connect phone app

I recently emailed my service department to get them to confirm the new password as mine did not seem to work. I was told that "sometimes they don't always work" and "another reset would be needed" :o Another trip to the dealers who are quite a long away and in the wrong direction for me. Cold froze...

Re: cannot connect phone app

The password changes when they install the latest security patches, they should have told you the new one, I received a printout with it on. MMC can be contacted here >> https://www.mitsubishi-motors.co.uk/company/contact-us#anchor FYI mine has never worked since the security upgrade using the lates...

Re: Wifi problem

Start by making sure you have the latest version as bigbaldbloke says.
That said, mine just never allowed me to connect again after the update; I will miss it when its winter :(

not turned off mobile data.
Thanks, this is a tablet with no SIM so no mobile data.
I disconnected from all known Wi-fi connections; I even made the device forget them to make sure it did not connect automatically. :(

Re: Remote app

I just purchased a new 2020. I can tell you the app doesn't work more than 20 feet from the car, and maybe 10 feet if you have a wall between. Thanks I am aware of its limitations but I was able to use it before the 'upgrade' as the car is parked close to the house. Its registering a device since t...

Remote app

Oh no, not again..... :( Had my car serviced recently and as part of the service they did the security update on the Wi-fi whatsitdoodle. I used to be able to use the remote control on an old android 4 tablet and it was useful if only to defrost the car before I went out in the mornings. After the u...

Re: Eco button

There is another thread on this somewhere; there are so many settings that I would like to see the car remember but sadly it does not.
There are also some setting I wish it would forget but it remembers... it is not terribly intuitive I am afraid to say.

That the sound comes from the passenger side is normal.
Passenger side depends on which side the steering wheel is on... mine is RHD and sound was from passenger side.
I changed it in the settings somewhere to LHD and now it comes from the drivers side, much clearer sound ;)

Re: Hands free phone volume too low to hear

I had the same. Just turn up the volume using the steering wheel control during a phone call.
