MY2017 Outlander PHEV demo car, with barely 9000km (5600mi) on it, and 1 year old registration. Mint cosmetic condition, drives great, no visible problem. Plus, it was at the Mitsubishi local dealer, so we've gone for it. You can see multiple damages on battery pack, but there's one that clearly ha...

Re: Newbie - tomorrow is the day...

So unlike above, I travel everywhere in B0 (coasting) only flicking the "gear stick" to B3 and B5 when I need to brake rather than use my foot to control it. Overall the effect is the same, it is just a matter of personal style. Just incase newbies missed this point from Greendwarf, remember the FO...

Re: Australians down under

47-50 in proposed mileage after full charge, and could sometimes even get more than 50km of actual mileage.. but recently all I get on the screen after a full charge is 37km. Wow that's quite a drop, usually range steps up at this time of year as the weather warms up. Are you sure - 1. Tyre pressur...

Re: Distance Potential When Charged

I usually charge overnight but if there is a setting that can stop the charge at 90% then that would be very useful? No such setting, however if you know you will be only driving say 20km you can set the charge timers to give you only 3 hours charge. However you would need to adjust the timer to ta...

Re: Oil Change Interval

In the 12 weeks that I've owned it, I've done 16,000km, about 50/50 gas/electric It will be very interesting to hear how your PHEV battery degrades being driven about 70,000km per year, please keep us informed how it is going in a couple of years time if you plan to keep it that long? I have 1 data...

I have a dealer fitted towbar. If you don't get a reply from anyone else that has fitted one, I might be able to trace some cables for you?

Re: Australians down under

I'm surprised that they allow that - do they charge for that ? I once had a Chrysler Neon timing belt change at Ultratune as it was 1/2 price of the Chrysler dealership. I only discovered, after things went wrong, that Ultratune had borrowed a special puller tool from the Chrysler dealership for th...
