If you run the car until everything has heated up, or after keeping the car in a heated garage, does it do EV then? This is basically normal behaviour. Under 10º the ICE will start up and run for a few kms to heat up the engine to prevent further deep cold starts at high revs and to provide initial...

In the UK the area were we live the winter temperatures are quite mild, with the outside temperature at near zero or slightly below even without pre heating, If the heating is in the off position, press the EV button then switch on the heater it uses the battery.

I have noticed our is about 6 degrees C, in the early days it was a big thing, now with a bit more owner experience I don't worry

I have to admit I have not noticed any difference or even thought about it, I set my speed limiter to 60mph I am good :D

When travelling alone the motorway at a set speed, using Save Mode, the screen showing a charge to the PHEV batteries, now press Charge Mode if this is in theory correct, you should see some movement on the power gauge and possibly a change in engine note ?

I have been reading some of Anko earlier posts, especially B0, initially I use a combination of the standard B2 and B5, to date I have never used B0. More recently I have been using B5 both in towing and everyday use, but reading Anko earlier post am I causing the motors to drag, I am a bit confused ?

I realise you have put a lot of time and effort into your modification, however, how to do you go on with your manufactures warranty and your modified vehicle insurance, now that you have drawing attention on a public forum highlighting the modifications you have made to your vehicle. Due to the milder weather yesterday 11 degree C this morning my PodPoint APP recording 9.9kWh for a full charge, normally this time of year due to the colder weather we normally see 9.6kWh.
