I think we dont have yet a list of all points that should be checked before the end of the warranty period?
Pls. advise if I should be wrong...

If not, let's just start it here.

I have just had my rear thump noise looked at. Confirmed rear elect motor/ diff mounts (apparently there are 2 rear mounts and 1 front). My front is completely shot, and the rears aren't great.\ I have been quoted $375AUD for the front and $650 for the other side of the diff.

Seems a common fail point, and the new models have new mounts (coincidence??)
...
My car has only done 110 000Km, or 68 000 miles, so is out of waranty. Warranty ends at 100 000km here :(
But the mounts should last longer than 4 years / 100 000km

Great idea Harald.

Happy to edit to remove any that any members feel is not appropriate but I will add to the list:
* check if there is any recall work required (obvious but some may forget, even if recall work is mandatory after warranty it's better that they look at the car in warranty in case they identify other problems).
* how about check battery health % through an OBD/PHEV watchdog. Even if there is no chance to claim it's unacceptably deteriorated (I suspect that's been discussed many times and not an option) it could be that battery smoothing improves it (again, discussed and I think I read smoothing is not all that it's cracked up to be).
