Chargepoint app

Hi all, I'm not sure if our UK/Europe brothers have this setup, or the app, but I wanted to know something.

Obviously the app can't tell officially what your battery level is, so I was wondering if it charged 6kw from a empty battery - would one assume it was about half full (assuming a 12kw battery (which i think it is?)) correctly? Or is there some other calculation that I'm not aware of?

Or have I got that round the wrong way?

Also, I assume the occasional type 2 charge is good for it?

Which is often the problem as I'm miles away from it (literally!) most of the time...
