Hi to all PHEV drivers and Watchdog users,

I try to put competent diagnosis about quite high fuel comsumpion of my MY14 PHEV,
I analysed Watchdog logs and discovered that maximum torque of generator in normal use seems to be under 40Nm, which correspond to 109nM of engine torque (128nM taking into account 85% efficiency of generator).
Sweetspot for ICE engine is about 150-160nM according to chart provided in main sticked topic so I would rather expect values between 50nM and 60nM for generator torque.
That would stand for quicker battery charging and overall better EV ratio, especially in city condition.

Questions:
Is there any gap in my mindset and calculations?
Does my generator work properly or there is some failure?

greetings,
Kuba
