Anyone else annoyed by the way the seatbelt pings the buckle back in t the B-pillar trim and puts little dings in it?

I guess the answer is to release it slowly but not everyone's wife and kids can be trained that way. Anyone done anything about it?

I stuck black electrical tape over the target areas. Likewise on the inside of the door sill where you get shoe scuffing. Works ok and the right colour tape is just about invisible.
