Physical EV MODE button for 2012-2016 PHEV

I have added a physical button EV MODE (with "battery" symbol) for 2012-2016 PHEV (as from 2017 such button exists).
Older PHEV Box versions can be upgraded to this version too.
Now there is much more torque in EV MODE, so starting from lights is easier.

They even had to drill the dashboard for the proximity sensor switch...

Bit of a bodge to just push that pin in there without a housing. I wouldn't leave it like that on mine as it could easily fall out and short somewhere.
