Hi All,
Idling ICE must be prohibited in some other countries, too. But the law in Finland goes as follows:
Idling over a period of 2 minutes is prohibited. If temperature is below -15 degrees centigrade then it is possible to idle for four minutes.
Taxis and trucks has exceptions, but we don't have to go there in this discussion.
Case: If I hit the charge button on the Outlander PHEV - is it idling?
