How is the accuracy of your Altimeter? Mine tells me I am at elevations between 50 and 200 meter. Yet I live 3 meters below sea level.
Does Mitsubishi have many F2 fighters crashing on landing?

On the subject of accuracy: the range indication is quite pessimistic. It will tell me I have 0 Kms left, yet the car will operate electrically for quite a few Kms more.
 
It seems to be that range estimates are getting more and more conservative - that way there's little to no chance a driver will be stranded with an empty battery pack at the fault of the vehicle. However, on a plug-in hybrid, it doesn't seem as necessary to have that safety zone.
