I don’t have a home charger and my work schedule is wonky so I can’t always get to a ChargePoint or EVGo. I’m relying on almost entirely on regen. Is that likely to cause battery degradation, similar to frequent use of a 20-minute ChaDemo charger?

Do you mean Regen - using the electric motor to charge during slowing down?
I wouldn't think you get enough charge to eliminate a mains charge at work.
Or do you mean CHRG, using the petrol engine to charge the ev battery?
That gives you hundreds of miles of range.
Some posters on this Forum think that heavy Regen creates excessive currents, so is equivalent to Rapid Charging and should be avoided.
I've not read any problems with CHRG or SAVE.

In general, using the ICE to top up the battery is less efficient than driving on petrol, depending on road speed and power demand. So only use it when you have a good reason to do so.
Don't agonize over the battery, it is completely pointless - this is what the car was designed for and the reason you bought it. If it keeps you awake at night, you should have bought either a standard hybrid or a full EV.
