See 'Parking brake UK recall' for one part of this - I had the the spark plugs and ECU recall abut 2 years ago on my 2014 GX4h. Not had anything about the wiper links though - there was an issue and recall with earlier (pre-PHEV generation) Outlanders having rusting ball joints within the wiper mechanism, but haven't yet found anything that affects the PHEV.
