Charging failure

I have a 2019 Outlander Juro PHEV.
I accidentally pulled the wires out of the type 2 connector which was plugged into my wall box whilst charging.
Tried to charge using my 13amp granny charger in my garage but although the charger was connected to the vehicle it would not charge, the unit showed intermittent flashing green.
Upon start up the dash shows - "Charging interrupted system malfunction"
I am able to use the vehicle by putting the charge on "Save" and use the ice.
Have any of you guys experienced this problem, if so how was it rectified?

Any advice would be appreciated.

Re: Charging failure

Could try disconnecting/reconnecting the 12v battery in the boot to see if it clears the fault code - otherwise probably have to take it to a dealer.

Re: Charging failure

Many thanks greendwarf.
have seen article on re-connection of 12v battery on YouTube enough to try myself.
Booked into the dealer on Tuesday, will let you know the outcome. but not confident
