I actually find myself willing people to look at me when driving in pedestrian heavy areas :shock:

Just start the AC of the PHEV .. this make as much noise as a modern ICCE :mrgreen:

Picked my PHEV up saturday and within half an hour of driving it a lady stepped out in front of me with a dog. I trickled along behind her as she walked down the centre of the road. She was startled when she turned around. Never happened in my diesel mondeo estate. She did not hear my blue whale song :roll:

Unfortunately the people who live near me seem to have flat batteries in their hearing aids & forget they are on a road - not a pedestrian area.

The unit is behind the front bumper. On RHD models it is on left sideg
