SSID not getting picked up

Hi there,

Have a 2018 model and was just trying to register it with the connect app. I get through all the steps where it gets to step 5 which is where you enter the SSID. The app is finding multiple networks including my neighbours 2017 PHEV (about 5 metres away from my car) but not finding the SSID on my phone or even my laptop while sitting in the car and 2 metres away from my router.

Any ideas on this. I'm picking up every other network around me but the one for the car.

I think the Wi-Fi module can 'go to sleep' if not in use.
To 'wake-it up' you need to go through the Wi-Fi reset process here:
