Hey all thought I'd share a mistake somebody might learn from.

Purchased 30mm PU strut spacer kit. Happily I tried to install the front first and found that the RHS drive shaft rests on the LCA with the hub only about 20mm lower than standard full droop. So a 30mm push could be disastrous.

From other posts I can see these kits have been fitted to PHEVs, so may be an issue only for later models.

Hi mate,

I just bought a 2019 Exceed and am planning to lift it to help make it capable of accessing K'gari Island.(I live in Qld)

I'm used to deep rabbit hole searches for aftermarket parts when modifying my previous cars, but I'll be honest, lifting the Outlander is proving a challenge!

Have you found a solution for this strut spacer issue by any chance?

Any advice you can offer will be helpful.
Cheers!
