I have a 2020 Outlander PHEV and I have an irritating problem when I play music on a USB key. Every time I restart my car, the system reads the key from the beginning, i.e. the first folder and the first music when I had set "Random for all music on the key". I have the impression that the system is stubborn and does not record the information of the key. I have already tried everything by reformatting the key and putting another usb key but it doesn't work.
Have you ever encountered this kind of problem?
