Battery deterioration and regenerative braking

Hi
I am considering buying a PHEV 2015 GX3H. I am aware there are plenty of posts regarding battery degeneration. However, I could not find any information about the battery recharge from the regenerative braking system. Surely by following this method of recharging your battery at small percentages is not good for the battery health, or am I wrong in assuming this?

Tough! - if true, but nothing you can do about it, as all EVs & Hybrids (plus F1 cars!) AFAIK, use this method whether you like it or not and you can't override it - except, perhaps, by only using the hand brake to slow down. :lol:

good luck using the electric hand brake button to slow down :)
