    EV range low after 100% charge

    Hi there, I've just bought a 2018 PHEV- when fully charged it states the range is 21miles. Is this normal? Does this suggest the batteries are showing signs of playing up? Cheers!!

    Loud noise when closing tail

    Hi there, Sometimes, especially when the boot has been open for some time, the boot makes this horrific loud noise when closing. Any ideas? TIA!!! Glenn
